Richard Childress Racing is auctioning alot of surplus items next week. One of the items is the 2007 JD car that Clint Bowyer slid across the finish line of the Daytona 500 on his roof. This car used to be in the RCR Museum. The other is the 2006 JD show car that used to travel around the country during Bowyer's rookie year. They will both proably auction around the 100k range each, so they wont be ending up in my back yard, but I thought everyone might like to get a last look at them before they are gone.

One of the cars to be auctioned is also the display car that sat at the distillery until recently.

I also heard the crash car sold for only $3000. I would have figured NASCAR would have picked it up. Oh well someone got a cool piece of history.

Damn, I can't believe that the Daytona crash car went that low! It would have looked good in my Jack room!
