Item description:

You are bidding on a 50ml Lem Motlow Bottle. I have only seen one of these which was on ebay and I was lucky enough to get it. I cannot believe I am getting rid of this, but it is time for someone else to enjoy it because I need the money. In the event this does not sell, it will never be listed again, because I really do not want to sell it. You probably will never see one of these again.

I may be wrong completely here, but it seems to be a 50ml bottle??
Also black top never seen anything else then a green on a Lem, also if you look close on the front site of the bottle there is a little piece of blue label witch I think is a Tennessee seal....................and then the edged bottles ............................

Just sent the seller this mail.

Hey there, could you give me proof this is a real genuine Lem Motlow bottle? It is a 50ml bottle and with black top instead off a green top, and also I can see a part off a blue Tennessee tax seal, any reaction on that?

Lets see when I get an answer, if I get an answer at all.

Joe Fanning, who was head of the Jack Daniel Distillery Bottling Plant from 1966-1999, said a Lem Motlow mini was never made at the Distillery. Mr. Fanning knew of EVERY bottle that came from the Distillery. Nothing else needs to be said.

Thank you Mike, I was hoping you would give a 100% clear answer here.

To bad ebay blocks the names off the bidders, now these people can't be warned.

Just got this reply from the seller.

Dear belgianjack,

I do not know what proof I can offer on this. I asked the guy that I bought from on ebay the same questions and he stated it was real and he showed it to Jimmy Bedford this past bbq and Jimmy said it was real. I do not know anything else to say other than I hope it is real because I paid a pretty good price for it.

I don't think the seller is at fault for this mini. Many people have made these mini's for their own collections and they look great on display but some have gotten passed, traded, sold etc. I believe the seller bought it in good faith and is now trying to sell it the same way, he seems to be honest with his reply.
