we must be very careful when purchasing a pre prohibition twisted bottle without a label, because many manufacturers have used these bottles...

Correct Laurent, they were also used for non alcoholic liquids like syrup etc

Great looking bottles Laurent.
You make a great point. Us "older" collectors have always said these bottles were used for other products than Jack Daniel's. These bottles are hard to find, but there are still a few to be found.
If you ever find one of these bottles with an original Jack Daniel or Brandy label on it, you have really found a rare bottle!
