There's now a 200ml Canadian fire as well. It's a plastic flask. Haven't seen them in my local stores yet but it is listed.

I added the 200ml Canada Fire which has limited distribution in Canada. So far there is a 200ml and 750ml. Duty Free does has 1liter but standard duty free label.
