Thanks for the info Werner, I love this set .....now if only it would fit in my honey cabinet !

now our very rare sets become leeeeeeeeess worth - lol  : - cant wait till they do again the Decanter Belle / Silver Cornet etc  :D  :D


They did this with the 1971 version of the Gold Medal decanter in 2004 when they released the replica the value of the '71 halved.

I remember one was sold for about 800,-- Euro at Ebay when this set was released month/years ago.....I think somebody is kicking himself when he sees this   :D  ;D  ;D

Sold out at the store, One was sold at Ebay for more than double the price 165,-- Euro...way to go to 800,--  :)

I heard a rumor those sets were only the leftovers of the prize game, the stock was only around 60-70 sets.

Can't imagine they took them off cause of the collectors, they sold like hotcakes. Except this set the german hardwarestore's offers are f*cking boring.
