Nice looking label.  If it's a legacy edition, I think they should release it in a 90 proof bottle, not 80 proof, IMO.

Looks like it'll be 86 proof Tom. Wonder which market they'll sell this one in?

I guess my eyes are getting old, Yep 86 proof.  I wonder what the 80% FPO means on the back label?

I got an email with the announcement of this bottle and there was a sentence that surprised me very much:

"We hope our friends will enjoy picking up a bottle with the same look that it would have had when Mr. Jack was crafting it."

Especially the phrase "the same look"! Only label seems to be quite the same, but definitely not shape of the bottle. What a pity...

Would have been nice if it had come in an original style bottle and alc. % too  :)

But I guess they`re just cashcows.

yeah I really like the idea of this design but everything lately seems to be done on the cheap = all they needed to do for this is apply a different label and cello on a regular bottle, I think the days of the commemorative decanter style bottles are gone, even the Gold Medal series each had a little originality to the shape and design, I can hear them in the boardroom now - "look after the shareholders, don't spend extra $'s on new bottles just slap a new label on a regular bottle because the crazy collectors will buy it anyway".
