We could do the same, instead of ordering Barrels for MWH each year why not buying few black label and attach a nice label  :p  - just kidding!

With B-F it's all about the $$$$$    So sad !!!  But ... I see both sides..

Ya gota make $$ to stay alive in the business world and the competition is very real, and serious,so you have to save where you can..

Hell... there is a new distillery right down town Lynchburg !!!!

I know that the distilling industry is seeing a tremendous growth world wide and even here locally in Missouri ..  I believe there are 4 or 5 new small batch distilleries opened within the last year or so !!  Some of their product is not too bad ... Especially like the " Blue Corn Whiskey" from the New Haven Missouri distillery..   And I will say this   They have Really cool looking bottles  !!!!!

But back to the real story here,,, and this is just my personal opinion... If the fancy new label is still priced reasonably, the same as a bottle of Black, I will probably buy... but $$$ will determine that..and ... The felling are probably about the same for most everyone else except ya'll won't be havin any empty bottles like me!!!! :D :D

I am fortunate enough to live in an area where the pickings have been good , due in part the the history of the distillery, and being located in St Louis  prior to prohibition and the last place "Jack was distilled "  before that dreaded" P" word and...

I have the option to still look for old bottles any day of the week and finding one here and there for a few bucks which is cheaper that the new fancy labels and a lot more appealing to me  any day..Once again $$ will determine..

Nuff said !!!

Huh this would mean additional 5 cents per bottle, don't think they can afford this...

Nice looking bottle.

Will probably get one, but as Gene says.....it depends on the price.

$27.99 is a good price.  Looks like this liquor store is in Pennsylvania, so $6 per bottle cheaper that in my area.  I was just lucky to get one locally as my area hardly ever get any of the new items.
